Our tried-and-true, standard acoustical products are designed to fit most every application. However, we know there are times when “standard” just won’t work – a different size or thickness, a special profile, a color to match, or a unique design needed to complete the project to its specific requirements.
SONEX® Flat Panels
Acoustical products do not have to be conspicuous to be effective. Sometimes the best sound solution is the one you don't notice. While pinta acoustic is known for its convoluted acoustic products, we also produce customized SONEX Flat Panels for special applications where subtleness is key.
SONEX Flat panels can simply be non-convoluted sheets of willtec® foam, cut to a particular thickness and size. Their use is only limited by the imagination. Customers have selected SONEX Flat panels for applications as wid- ranging as a hemi-anechoic chamber for SONY to a classroom at a religious school to acoustical duct liners used in an office building's HVAC system.
Besides the fact that SONEX Flat panels can be any size up to 48"x96", there are a wide range of options that can be added to provide you with the perfect acoustic solution. Add-ons include, but are not limited to:
- Hypalon® coating or painted surface
- Pressure-sensitive adhesive backing
- Beveled edges
- colortec® process
- Multiple dimensions for the same project.
